There are thousands upon thousands of sites on the net detailing every mainstream video game ever to be created. Yet, there are still games which few to no sites mention, and even serious collectors know not about. Here you will find new, original information regarding these games. From summaries, reviews and pictures, to disassembly, uncovered areas, and cheat codes... for all of the games to barely see the light of day.
Some of these games may be unreleased and uncovered prototypes, some just rare, and many, the glorious "Hong Kong Originals". I am quite a big fan of Hong Kong originals, the unlicensed games, most prevalent in the Famicom/NES scene. The products of shady companies who want to capitalize on the popularity of existing video game franchises, and usually don't believe enough in themselves or their own ideas to create an original game. Instead, they decide to take an existing popular game, and remake it (in lower quality of course), without a license or permission of the original author/company. One of the best examples of an HKO, not to be missed, is Super Mario World for the Famicom/NES.
